Unique design that feature six larger diameter balls instead of the seven balls used in most 608 bearings. The major advantage of using larger balls is that they roll slower, creating less friction at the same wheel RPM. In addition, they have quicker acceleration (because the races are thinner and there is one less ball); have a higher top speed (because the balls don’t have to turn so fast); and, roll farther (because of the reduced friction and ball rotation speed) Single, removable, non-contact rubber shield allows for easy cleaning and less rolling resistance. High speed nylon ball retainer provides added speed and strength. Skate Rated clearances, tolerances, materials and lubricant provide the best performance and durability possible.
