Fast Girl Skates had McDavid make a short with all the same features as the shorter version (hip, tailbone, butt padding; mouthguard pocket; compression fabric and moisture management system) but in a slightly longer version to offer additional upper thigh protection. Many girls like this version for practices when they don't need to worry about the shorts hanging below their uniform.

*This longer version is best for pear shaped figures. It runs larger than the short version, so if you are a large in the short version, you'd be a medium in the long.
